Player Info

Deandre Jordan, the towering center for the New Orleans Pelicans, has established himself as one of the premier defensive anchors and rebounders of his generation. The Houston native was a second-round pick (35th overall) in 2008 out of Texas A&M, but he defied expectations to become an NBA All-Star and champion. His career is defined by a transformative nine-year stint with the Los Angeles Clippers, where he formed "Lob City" with Chris Paul and Blake Griffin, leading the league in rebounding twice and field goal percentage five times while earning All-NBA and All-Defensive Team honors. A key member of the Brooklyn Nets and later a champion with the Denver Nuggets in 2023, Jordan's game is built on elite rim protection, phenomenal athleticism for his size, and being the ultimate finisher on the pick-and-roll. Now with the Pelicans, he provides veteran leadership, shot-blocking, and a massive interior presence.
