Player Info

Jusuf Nurkic is a Bosnian behemoth and skilled center whose physical presence and passing vision make him a unique force for the Utah Jazz. Standing 7 feet tall and weighing nearly 300 pounds, "The Bosnian Beast" was drafted 16th overall in 2014 and made his name with the Portland Trail Blazers, where he formed a formidable partnership with Damian Lillard. Nurkic is known for his bruising low-post game, exceptional rebounding, and surprisingly deft passing for a man of his size, often acting as an offensive hub from the high post. A career highlight was his 20-20 game with 5 blocks and 5 assists in 2019, showcasing his all-around dominance. Now with the Jazz, he provides veteran leadership and a stabilizing force in the paint. Nurkic's combination of size, skill, and ferocity makes him a constant matchup nightmare.
