-Player Info
Marcus Hammond is a quick and agile scoring guard who excels at creating his own shot and putting pressure on the defense with his penetration. Wearing number 10, Hammond's 6'1" frame is deceptively strong, allowing him to finish through contact in the lane. His early reputation was built on being a volume scorer in high-level amateur competitions, where he often led his teams in scoring. He announced his arrival as a professional with a 25-point fourth-quarter outburst to lead a dramatic comeback victory, showcasing his clutch scoring ability. Hammond's individual honors include multiple Scoring Champion titles in summer leagues and recognition as an All-Offensive First Team selection. A fun aspect of his persona is his signature shimmy after hitting a big three-pointer, a celebration that energizes the crowd. Hammond is a fearless bucket-getter who thrives with the ball in his hands in critical moments, providing a reliable source of offense when his team needs it most.
