Payton Pritchard
Boston Celtics/PG/
United StatesPlayer Info
Payton Pritchard has become an indispensable spark plug off the bench for the championship-contending Boston Celtics, renowned for his unlimited shooting range and fearless competitiveness. The 28-year-old point guard, drafted 26th overall in 2020 out of Oregon, has carved out a niche as an instant-offense provider who can change the game with his deep threes and pesky defense. After a rookie season with limited opportunity, Pritchard demanded more playing time with his stellar performances and has since become a trusted part of the Celtics' rotation, playing a key role in their 2024 NBA championship run. His honors now include an NBA championship ring. Known for his confident demeanor and "logo" range, Pritchard plays with a chip on his shoulder. His style is aggressive, confident, and centered around his elite shooting and ability to push the pace, making him a fan favorite in Boston.
