Team Info

Givova Scafati is a professional basketball club based in Scafati, Italy, competing in the Lega Nazionale Pallacanestro Serie A2, the country's second division. The team plays its home games at the PalaMangano, wearing the distinctive colors of its sponsor, the sportswear brand Givova. Founded decades ago, the club has a long history of oscillating between Serie A and Serie A2, embodying the passionate, gritty basketball culture of the Campania region. A key era for the club included a memorable promotion to the top-flight LBA, where they battled against Italy's giants, creating unforgettable moments for their loyal fanbase. In the modern era, Scafati consistently fields a competitive squad with the primary goal of securing promotion back to Serie A. The team often features experienced Italian players and impactful American imports who thrive in the physical, tactical A2 environment. The tifosi of Scafati are famously fervent, turning the PalaMangano into a fortress of noise and color, supporting their team through every playoff push and relegation battle. Givova Scafati remains a proud and historic club, perpetually aiming to return to the highest level of Italian basketball.
