Tactical Story

Landskrona set up in a 4-3-3, using width to stretch Sandviken's defence. Their full-backs pushed high, creating overloads on the flanks. Sandviken, meanwhile, employed a compact 4-4-2, looking to hit on the break. That strategy worked for their goals, but ultimately they couldn't hold on. Landskrona's manager made a key substitution in the 70th minute, bringing on Viktor Karlsson, whose fresh legs and attacking drive made the difference.

Standout Players

Viktor Karlsson was the hero, but Erik Johansson and Andreas Nilsson also impressed with their goals and link-up play. For Sandviken, Oskar Lindberg and Marcus Berg were dangerous throughout, causing problems with their movement and finishing. Landskrona's goalkeeper made a crucial save in the 82nd minute to keep the score level before the winner.

Table and Season Impact

This victory lifts Landskrona BoIS into the promotion playoff places, boosting their confidence for the remainder of the season. Sandvikens IF remain in mid-table, but their spirited performance shows they can compete with the top teams. The three points could prove vital in a tight Superettan race.
