Brickfield Rangers are a football club competing in the Welsh Cymru Championship, the second tier of the Welsh football pyramid. Based in the historic area of Brickfield in Wrexham, the club plays its home matches at the local community stadium. Founded as a community-focused side, the Rangers have built a reputation for developing local talent and providing a pathway for players in North Wales. The club's name reflects its deep roots in the Brickfield locality, an area with a rich industrial heritage. While they have yet to claim major national honors, their presence in the Cymru Championship marks them as a competitive force, often battling to secure their status against more established clubs. Their peak moments have come in cup competitions, where they have occasionally pulled off memorable giant-killing acts against top-flight opposition. The modern era sees the Rangers relying on a mix of experienced campaigners and promising academy graduates, aiming for a stable mid-table finish each season.
