Team Info

FK Teplice is a historic Czech football club competing in the Fortuna:Liga, the top division of Czech football, based in the city of Teplice. The club's full name is Football Club Teplice, and they play their home matches at the Na Stínadlech stadium, a venue known for its passionate atmosphere. Founded in 1945, the club's colors are blue and white. Teplice has a rich history, with its golden era undoubtedly being the late 1990s and early 2000s. During this period, under the guidance of influential coaches, the team regularly finished in the upper echelons of the league, secured Czech Cup victories, and made memorable runs in European competitions, including the UEFA Cup, where they famously defeated clubs like Feyenoord. That team was built on a solid defensive foundation and clinical counter-attacks. In the modern era, Teplice has transitioned into a classic mid-table top-flight side, often developing young talent that moves on to bigger clubs. Their fan base is known for its fervent support, making Na Stínadlech a difficult place for visitors. Teplice remains a club with a proud past and a consistent presence in the Czech football landscape.
