Team Info

Based in the historic sherry-producing city of Jerez de la Frontera, Jerez is a football club that competes in the Spanish Tercera División RFEF, the fifth tier of the Spanish football pyramid. The club, whose full name is often given as Jerez Club de Fútbol, calls the Estadio Municipal de Chapín its home. Founded in the mid-20th century, the team traditionally wears blue and white. The club has spent much of its history in the regional and lower national leagues, embodying the passionate grassroots football culture of Andalusia. A key era for the club came in the late 20th century when they enjoyed a sustained period in the Segunda División B, now known as the Primera Federación, rubbing shoulders with more established names and developing a reputation for a competitive spirit. In the modern era, Jerez operates as a vital community institution, aiming to develop local talent and climb back up the national ladder. Their fan base, though modest in size, is deeply loyal, creating a vibrant atmosphere at the Chapín. The club remains a proud representative of its city, striving for success within the challenging structure of Spanish non-league football.
